Back when I was 13, David held an event in New York City called LIKE CHOCOLATE FOR WATER as a benefit for WaterAid.

He invited me to be there, but I couldn't make it since it was a school night. I sent him two of my Amy's Chocolate bars and he auctioned them off. 150 people were there. I was thrilled to find out that my bars earned $200 EACH for WaterAid and will help in getting safe clean water to children of the world.

David may not have realized it, but this was a turning point in my thoughts about chocolate and the world. He made me understand that we are all world citizens and need to care about social issues. I became especially interested in the lives of children in other countries. Thank, you David.
